Zoomies Mobile Dog Fitness — Client Agreement & Liability Waiver

Effective for all bookings made through runzoomies.com

By booking a session with Zoomies Mobile Dog Fitness ("Zoomies"), you ("Client") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding.

2. Health & Vaccination Requirements

Client confirms that their dog is at least 4 months of age and is current on all required vaccinations. Client further confirms that their dog has been cleared by a licensed veterinarian for physical activity, and that they are not aware of any health conditions that would make participation unsafe. Zoomies reserves the right to refuse service if a dog appears ill, injured, or otherwise unfit for exercise.

3. Animal Behavior & Bite Liability

Client acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their dog's behavior before, during, and after each session. If a dog bites, scratches, or otherwise injures a Zoomies staff member, another dog, or any third party, the Client accepts full financial and legal responsibility for any resulting injuries, damages, or medical costs. Zoomies staff are trained to work safely with dogs; however, Client releases Zoomies, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability arising from aggressive or unpredictable animal behavior.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases and holds harmless Zoomies Mobile Dog Fitness, its owners, staff, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising out of or in connection with participation in any Zoomies session. This includes claims arising from negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

1. Assumption of Risk

Client understands that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle soreness, exhaustion, or unforeseen medical events. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their dog's participation in any Zoomies session. Zoomies will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and positive experience, but cannot guarantee that injury or illness will not occur.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 8:00 PM the night prior to a scheduled session will be honored at no charge. Same-day cancellations will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled session time will be charged the full session cost. Zoomies reserves the right to cancel sessions due to severe weather, equipment issues, or staff emergencies, and will offer a full reschedule at no charge in those cases.

6. Photography & Media

Zoomies may photograph or video your dog during sessions for use on social media, marketing materials, or our website. If you do not consent to your dog being photographed, please notify us prior to your session and we will honor your request.

7. Acknowledgment

By checking the box below, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement. Client confirms they are the legal owner or authorized handler of the dog(s) listed in this booking.
